1.1 Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Google profile picture (if available)

As you use Routa, we store the data you create, including:
- Business/lead names, phone numbers, and notes
- Call logs, outcomes, and timestamps
- Reminders and their scheduled times
- Status changes and edit history (“Commits”) for each business record
- Receipts you generate, including any logo or signature images you upload
- Team invitations and team membership information
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Push notification subscription details: If you enable notifications, used solely to deliver reminder notifications to your browser or device.
- Basic technical information: Such as browser type, necessary for the Service to function correctly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service (storing and displaying your business/lead data)
- Send reminder notifications you have set
- Enable team collaboration features, including sharing business/lead data among members of the same team
- Maintain a record of changes made to business records (Commits) for accountability within a team
- Respond to support requests sent to our contact email
3. How We Share Information
3.1 Within Your Team
If you join or create a team on Routa, business/lead data, call logs, reminders, and commits associated with that team are visible to all members of that team. Personal account settings are not shared with teammates.
3.2 Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate Routa:
- Google — for authentication (sign-in)
- Supabase — for database hosting and storage
- Vercel — for application hosting
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Data Retention
- Business/lead records that you delete are retained in a recoverable state for 35 days before being permanently deleted, unless all team members approve earlier permanent deletion.
- Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including access controls that restrict business/lead data to members of the same team only (via database-level Row Level Security). However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
